Omega Destroy area of effect

After the initial 1.66 seconds cast time, keeps firing bullets for 3 seconds. If Silver gets damaged after Gatling Guns stop firing, damage will be taken after animation ends. Damage is halved against enemy structures. Bullets goes over everything. (no worries of it getting sucked) Bullets Penetrates. (All enemies/structures in the path of the beam gets harmed)
