Prune(プルーン)
The leader of the Pretty bombers! Prune is the blocker with Purple hair.
Prune is a genius doctor, who holds two jobs, but uses her smarts to be lazier.
Gameplay-wise, Prune is somewhat unorthodox since she generates blocks away from her, and her heal is projectile based.
THE SKILLS

- Keep in mind that Prune places horizontal blocks a space away from her current position when installing blocks in your base. Her block installation process is a little different from other blockers.
- Blocks cannot be created ontop of existing blocks.
- Blocks will not form where players are standing.
- Blocks will not form where power ups are.
- Blocks can be created on top of minbos.
- Blocks can be created on top of bomb explosions.
- Blocks created on a respawn point will prevent any further respawns, (until cleared).

- Cooldown doesn't begin until all syringes have been thrown.
- Syringes will stay on Prune through death.
- These needles pierce, meaning if they touch the gate or teammate, they will keep going and heal any allied structure/player it comes in contact with.
- Since the syringes have a wide hitbox, you are able to stand on the north or south part of your base, and fire a syringe facing away from the base to heal both the base and the gate.

- Can be obtained from Gacha (or Events)
- The stun is very short, with a long cast animation, and a long recovery. All of this means Prune cannot take advantage of the stun by herself.
- Using this is not recommended unless you are disrespecting your opponent.
- Seriously, there is not even a niche reason to use this! Even in an all Prune game, you're better off with blocks and syringes.
|
Strategy and Tactics
- Prune has a special technique that allows you place blocks just as a bomb explodes, further increasing her stall abilities. A video demonstration is here.
- Be wary rush time can be triggered from heals. Before casting a heal, make sure to note the health difference, and ideally make sure it is when you can toss all of the syringes at once to start the CD on them rolling.
- If you feel rush time is inevitable, it's best to have Prune's syringes out before rush time begins. This way, you can immediately throw the syringes and take advantage of the decreased cooldowns from rush time.
